The Hotel Villa Costanza in Mestre is near the Venice Mestre train station and bus stop, in a convenient location for reaching Venice in just 15 minutes. Our hotel is situated in a quiet, traffic free area of the city, convenient for reaching the city center and main highways, as well as Venice’s “Marco Polo” airport, just ten kilometers from the hotel.

In addition to the splendors of Venice, guests at the Hotel Villa Costanza can visit the sumptuous villas along the Riviera del Brenta and art cities such as Padua, Treviso, Vicenza and Verona.

Villa Costanza is located near several golf courses: Golf Club Ca’ della Nave Martellago, Villa Condulmer Mogliano, Golf Club Venezia, Golf Club Padova, Golf Club Asolo. Thanks to convenient access to major roads, the commercial / industrial areas of the province of Venice are easily reachable, including Venice’s commercial and tourist port.

If you arrive by car, exit the A4 motorway and continue on the Mestre bypass (Tangenziale), following the directions for Venice. After three kilometers, take the Miranese exit and following the directions for the train station. In front of the station, continue along Via Piave for 300 meters, then turn left onto Via Cavallotti, and take the second street on the left (Via Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto).

Venice’s Marco Polo international airport is ten kilometers away. You can reach the hotel by taxi, ACTV bus line 15, or the ATVO “Flybus”: both stop at the Mestre station (travel time around 30 minutes). Canova airport in Treviso is 25 km from the hotel. Taxis are available, as well as the ATVO “Eurobus Service” direct to Mestre station (travel time around 55 minutes). From the train station, continue as described in “by train”. A transfer service can be reserved for both airports from the hotel, for a fee.

Villa Costanza is just a short walk away from the Mestre train station. Take Via Piave for 300 meters, then turn left onto Via Monte Nero.
